Commercial and licensing terms
Summary applicable to the B2B purchase of Telescop AI Energy Choice - Italy 2026 · Wave 1, Research ID TEL-ENERGY-CHOICE-IT-2026-W1.
1. Eligibility and pricing
The purchase is intended for companies, organizations and professionals. Displayed prices are final: VAT or other indirect taxes, where applicable, are included and are not added at checkout. Tax treatment is determined from billing details and applicable law.
2. Premium Research
The Premium license applies to one legal entity and includes up to 3 named users for internal use. Up to 3 additional users can be purchased at a final €400 each; Corporate is required from 7 users or for multi-team use.
3. Corporate Intelligence
Allows extended multi-team internal use within the same legal entity and includes Wave 1 Corporate assets such as the aggregated workbook, Executive Deck and chart pack.
4. Agency / Advisory
Allows professional use of individual insights and charts in private client presentations with Telescop Research attribution. It does not allow redistribution of the report or database, white-label use or resale of the material.
5. Excluded materials
The raw provider-response corpus, original payloads and intermediate R&D artifacts are not part of the commercial delivery unless separately agreed in writing.
6. Payment and delivery
For card/wallet payments, delivery activates after server-side confirmation of payment. For bank transfers, it activates only after Stripe confirms that funds have settled. Returning to a Telescop page after checkout is not proof of payment.
7. Client area and authentication
The email used for the purchase becomes the Account Owner for the Telescop Research client area associated with the order. Access is passwordless through a one-time link sent to the registered email address. The Account Owner is responsible for use of the area and assignment of rights to people covered by the license.
8. Delivery links
The research becomes available in the client area after payment confirmation. Telescop may also send a protected direct-download link tied to the order, with an expiry and maximum download count. Links must not be forwarded to people not covered by the purchased license.
9. Citation

10. Procurement and special terms
Purchase orders, enterprise procurement, contractual requirements or usage rights different from those stated must be agreed before purchase via research@telescop.it.
