Commercial and licensing terms
Summary applicable to B2B purchases of Telescop Sector AI Search Benchmark V1.0.0 and the Full 10-sector Research Pack.
1. Buyers and pricing
Purchases are intended for businesses, organizations and professionals. Displayed prices are final; applicable indirect taxes are handled according to billing details and applicable law.
2. Sector Benchmark
The standard license allows internal use of the purchased benchmark within the purchasing legal entity. Public redistribution of the full report, resale, white-label use and licensing the dataset to third parties are not included.
3. Full Research Pack
Includes all ten Sector Benchmarks V1.0.0 for internal use within the purchasing legal entity. Redistribution, data licensing and large-scale client-facing use require a separate agreement.
4. Included and excluded materials
Delivery includes the files listed in the verified commercial package. Raw provider corpora, original payloads and intermediate R&D artifacts are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Methods and limitations
Metrics describe the frozen research sample; they do not represent market share or causal evidence. The four AI surfaces remain separate; no universal master score is provided.
6. Payment and delivery
Online purchases are available by card through Stripe. Digital delivery starts only after server-side payment confirmation. Bank transfers and purchase orders are available on request under a separate agreement. Returning to a Telescop page does not prove payment.
7. Download links
The link belongs to the order, expires, and has a maximum download count. Do not forward it to parties not covered by the license.

9. Procurement and special rights
